Multilingual forms for certifying commercial register information
In the European single market, there is a growing need to provide company information not only in the official language of the respective commercial register, but increasingly also in the languages of other member states.
To meet this need, the Council of Notariats of the European Union (C.N.U.E.) has developed a standard form for certifying facts from commercial registers. This form is available in seven official languages of the European Union.
The Federal Chamber of Notaries offers bilingual versions of this form as downloadable files.
When filling out the forms, you can use the marked input area. Text entered outside this area will not appear on the printout. The completed form can be printed out, stamped with the notary's seal, and signed by the notary.
