The conciliation body pursuant to Section 10d of the North Rhine-Westphalia Disability Equality Act (BGG NRW) is responsible for resolving disputes between persons with disabilities and public authorities in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia regarding accessibility in IT. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. Legal assistance is not required.
