When a company is founded, the business registration is done using online forms. Each federal state has a different online form.
Before registering a UG or GmbH you should take the following steps:
- Notarization of the founding documents –> You can register your business after the notarization of the GmbH or UG formation!
- Registration with the commercial register
- Opening of business account
- Registering with the tax office
- Entry in the commercial register
